Power of Delayed Delivery

(image from http://www.rightinbox.com) I started using Right Inbox, a plug-in for gmail that adds an option of sending out email “later” instead of “immediately.” (More information on Right Inbox at The Next Web) I use this for sending memos to my colleagues at work. I would compose my email in the afternoon but set it to be delivered in the morning the next day. Great thing about this setting is that I can write up my first draft of the memo quickly yet have chances to revise them as many times as necessary before it gets sent out automatically at the scheduled time. Highly recommended for people who often have second thoughts about their own ideas–like I do. The plug-in is currently available for Firefox, Chrome and Safari web browsers. (Boomerang for Gmail is slightly more expensive alternative with support for mobile phones.)]]>
