Malcolm Gladwell, David and Goliath

Malcolm Gladwell (born 1963) released his new book David and Goliath: Underdogs, Misfits, and the Art of Battling Giants just this month. For listening during commute, I got the Audible edition. In this book, he gathered stories and research papers from diverse sources and masterfully wove them into intriguing viewpoints that challenge the conventional assumptions about what constitutes advantages and disadvantages in life. Some of his ideas about strategy for the underdogs seem to resonate with what Hitotsubashi business school professor Kusunoki Ken writes in his book ストーリーとしての競争戦略. Recommended.]]>
