Skip breakfast (or at least eat very lightly) in order to tame my appetite.
Write a summary every time I finish reading a book.
Tell bedtime stories to my kids and do it with complete happiness.
Move my body a lot (e.g., by using the stairs instead of elevators).
Update Address Book for each new business card.
Laugh and smile much more than I barely manage to do. (Start with reading Erma Bombeck)
Continue to keep the workspace clean.
Continue to carry less stuff in my bag.
